All shipping times begin AFTER PRODUCT FULFILLMENT (production & packaging), which usually takes 5-10 business days. This time has been extended due to COVID-19. Some orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Be sure to review your order and shipping address carefully to ensure that there are no added delays in production or delivery.
*Please note that sometimes items from the same order won't be sent together.
You will receive a shipping notification complete with tracking information via email or text message when your order has been processed and shipped out.

If it has been more than 4 weeks since you placed your order, please email us at email@example.com. We will NOT issue a reimbursement in the case of lost or damaged items due to an error made by the carrier.
